Sampling Sampling requirements vary considerably. Please call 215-355-3900, or 800-289-8378, or email SALES@QCLABORATORIES.COM. Shipping Samples may be shipped to us by any common carrier. If the product to be tested is normally stored frozen or refrigerated, please send the sample for overnight delivery. The samples must be sent frozen or on ice in a Styrofoam container, which QC can provide as part of our convenient Sample Paks. Please contact one of our client service representatives to arrange for delivery of a Sample Pak. Our Sample Paks are complete with sample containers, ice packs, and packaging materials inside a foam-lined shipping carton. Sample request for analysis forms, chain of custody record forms, correspondence, and shipping labels are also included in each Sample Pak. Nutrition Labeling |
